I want to be free
from the clutches of this world
so that I could fly freely in the vast sky,
and chase the dreams, I once strangled.
I want to be free
from the cage of my thoughts
so that I can experience peace,
and loosen up the invisible knots.
I want to be free
from the judgements of people
so that I can be unapologetically me,
and make my life gleam and sparkle.
I want to be free
from the slavery of my soul
so that I can fix my broken life,
and make it whole.
I want to be free
from the feelings of my heart
so that I can love myself again,
and also never fall apart.
Wow….I’m simply blown away….what a wonderful poem you’ve written from the depths….simply amazing

Une femme se doit et doit être libre,
A woman need to be and must to be free,
Comme l’homme, than the man.
The rwo humans part need and must to be free to live.
Beautiful text.

I was impressed with how well Shivani articulated what freedom feels like. I’ll venture a guess that many of us have had similar thoughts. Life does put us through the wringer, doesn’t it? 😉

“I want to be free
from the judgements of people
so that I can be unapologetically me,”…. the judgements will always come but being ourselves unapologetically is something no judgment should take from us, thus if we truly embrace our own uniqueness 💚
Lovely poem and expression!

Is there such a freedom in the realm of humanity? I wonder…
I had a dream that we humans will one day grasp the true meaning of it. But it was just a naive feeling the child in my heart has ever been craving for. Eyes wide open on this world I cannot feel its reality. Words seem to be the only way that makes it true.
I am a nobody that sees the world as it is, lost in the mase of our selfishness and our ignorance.
I have a soul that suffers the blindness of our kind to what really matters in this univers, love, compassion, contemplation and understanding.
Nevertheless I trully love you through the feelings that we obviously both share deep in our soul and I hope you will find answers that will fulfill you dreams in life.

Freedom is the common thing we are discussed about. But how many of us are free to choose our life?
